<note>Tugas akhir ini mengevaluasi dan menganalisis tingkat usability pada
halaman customer di platform GoDriveNow menggunakan metode Heuristic
Evaluation. Meskipun aplikasi ini digunakan untuk mempermudah layanan
transportasi, evaluasi sistematis terhadap tingkat usability-nya belum dilakukan.
Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan sepuluh prinsip heuristik dari Jakob
Nielsen, yaitu visibility of system status, match between system and the real world,
user control and freedom, consistency and standards, error prevention,
recognition rather than recall, flexibility and efficiency of use, aesthetic and
minimalist design, help users recognize, diagnose and recover from errors, dan
help and documentation.
Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner skala Likert yang melibatkan 12
responden. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan rata-rata indeks usability sebesar 86,03%,
yang menandakan bahwa aplikasi memiliki tingkat usability yang “baik”. Namun,
ditemukan kelemahan pada aspek panduan pemulihan kesalahan dan dokumentasi
bantuan, sehingga perlu diperbaiki lebih lanjut.
